We are currently seeking a Process Specialist / Customer Service Agent fluent in Mandarin to join our team. As a Process Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient customer service operations and providing support to Mandarin-speaking customers.
Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
