Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Process Expert – Procurement IT. As the Process Expert, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement processes within the IT department.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing streamlined procurement processes, with a strong focus on improving operational efficiency. You will collaborate with key stakeholders including vendors, procurement team, and IT department to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize procurement operations.

Additionally, you will be accountable for tracking and reporting procurement performance metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for process enhancements. You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
