Job Description

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on and results-driven Production Manager for our precast concrete production team. You will oversee planning, managing, and optimizing daily operations to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage production schedules and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Lead a team of engineers and operators to boost efficiency.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years in precast concrete production.
Strong leadership and planning skills.

Location: Beranang

Salary: RM6,00.00 – RM9,00.00/month
