- Responsible for after-sales support and policy administration
- Maintain client and policy data
- Process bills, payments, & support policy adjustments
- Facilitate client instructions to relevant parties
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma with work experience
- Fluent in English & Chinese
- Experience/Fresh graduates welcome
- Adapt to desk-bound environment & OT availability
- Follow Hong Kong working calendar
