Job Information

Job Description

1. Keep a positive relationship with all students primarily young children, in basic subjects discussion and creative play with the aim of developing their social and intellectual skills in an informal way in preparation for future formal learning.

2. Create lesson plans, possibly in accordance with a fixed curriculum by Kinderkaizen module, for an entire class or smaller groups.

3. Regular discussion and reflection explaining to the students on the content in the lesson plan.

4. These lesson plans must be developed in accordance with Kinderkaizen content.

5. Keeping track of the child development in accordance with the given milestones.

6. Care and supervise students inside & outside the classroom during outdoor trips (if needed) and enforce/remind them of the boundaries.

7. Prepare the assessment and learning journey for each key child.

8. Work closely with Principal on doing constant reflections on the theme, child behaviour, development and lesson plan.
