Job Description
Responsibilities
- Operate process plant as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Monitor process operation and product quality according to SOP
- Data entry in all required log sheets
- Daily routine housekeeping in the plant
- Perform minor maintenance tasks
- Participate in Operator Care Program
- Troubleshoot process abnormalities with the Shift Manager
- Send plant samples per SOP and tank samples as per ad hoc requests
- Participate in FSQR and Safety Training, Recognition Day, and other programs organized by management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum SPM with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mathematics
- Credit in Science is an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably Certificate / Diploma in Technical/Engineering
- Experience in the same or Oleochemical Industry
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Troubleshooting mechanical/electrical problems
