Job Description
Job Purpose and Impact
The Plant Administrator will provide administrative support to an individual, a small team, or department. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing diaries, data entry, document archiving, and handling clerical tasks.
Key Accountabilities
– Perform routine administrative tasks according to procedures.
– Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and make travel arrangements.
– Enter data into forms, archive documents, and manage telephone messages.
– Handle basic clerical, administrative, and customer support issues.
Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent.
