Job Description

To establish and manage planogram maintenance by category.

  • Analyzes the need for planogram changes and category revisions according to schedule (monthly or as required).
  • Analyzes space based on current sales, inventory turn, sales potential – incorporate internal and external insights.
  • Prepare Masterfile data, Sales Data and reports related to planogram and category performance.
  • Carry out planogram review by category by maintaining fair share of every planogram based on segmentation and brand. Implement changes when needed based on additions and deletion of products according to merchandising standards.
  • Accountability for data integrity of all planograms and planogram assignments.
  • Responsible for all functions related to the planogram.
  • Track, monitor and coordinate outlet display & signages related matters.
  • Assist in handling store opening projects in planning store layout, zoning and coordination of stocks arrangement according to timeline set.
  • Work closely with operation team on merchandising arrangements of new outlet openings and business expansion.
  • Perform store visits for improvement and rectification.
  • Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
