Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Specialist to join our team. The Planning Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategic plans to optimize performance and drive growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify current market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives
- Create budgets and forecasts to support the implementation of plans
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of plans and provide recommendations for adjustments if necessary
- Provide guidance and support to other teams in aligning their activities with the overall strategic direction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Experience in strategic planning or related field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
