Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, update & monitor production planning for each process line
- Review Sales Order and issue Job order to production
- Keep update and retrieve all job order status
- Acting as a coordinator between sales, purchasing, and production in material planning, sales order, production planning, and product delivery
- Review, analyze and optimize forecast/demand vs actual production trend and overall capacity/material planning
- Monitor stock and non-stock material movement
- Manage stock inventory during monthly stock count activity
- Carry out other duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a production planner
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Exceptional knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Familiarity in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Good at math and statistics
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; Further education or certification is preferred
