Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our standards.
- Respond to inquiries from the public, patients, and staff.
- Maintain dispensary stock levels.
- Order and handle incoming goods.
- Sell medicines and provide information on availability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Medical Science or related field.
- Fresh grads welcome with training provided. Pharmacy experience is a plus.
- Language skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese. Local dialects are a bonus.
- Shift work and teamwork ability required.
- Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Healthcare product knowledge and selling skills needed.
- Strong communication skills and focus on customer service.

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
