Job Description
Monthly Gross Salary up to RM 200-RM300++
5 working days / 2 days off / Training Provided Basic/Allowances/Commission/Group Commission/OT/Extra allowances provided
Personal Traits: Friendly and approachable (SPM/DIPLOMA/DEGREE)
(Pharmacy/Retail/Clinic experience is welcomed)
Education: Able to understand and read simple English
Other requirements: No mental and physical health issues
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Provide product information and advice regarding medications/supplements
- Maintain proper stock display and practice FEFO and FIFO methods for inventory
- Receive and manage incoming goods, and participate in stock control
- Respond to inquiries and complaints
- Ensure proper pricing and display of products, and highlight current promotions
- Operate cash and card payment machines
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety in the store
Duties (Training Provided):
- Assist and provide information to customers
- Ensure product visibility and display
- Receive, store, and manage goods
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints, referring to pharmacy team when necessary
- Attach price tags and put up displays
- Process cash and card payments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
