Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join Nexia SSY PLT as a Personal Assistant to Partners. Duties include secretarial tasks for Partners, arranging meetings, maintaining files, and more. Candidates should have relevant experience, be mature, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with excellent planning skills.
Requirements:
- Preferably with relevant secretarial experience
- Mature, self-motivated team player with excellent planning skills
- Diploma/Degree in Secretarial or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Good command of English
WORK LOCATION
UOA Business Park, Selangor Darul Ehsan
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay: Performance bonus
Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 2 years as a Secretary preferred
Language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa preferred
