Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive communications and manage appointments
- Provide administrative support and maintain filing systems
- Handle petty cash, bill submissions, and personal matters
- Assist in various departments as needed
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Excellent management and prioritization skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and computer literate
- Professional, trustworthy, with good communication skills
- Must possess a driving license
