Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information internally and externally.
- Maintain confidentiality and interact professionally.
- Handle appointments, meetings, and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Organize travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Conduct business research for the director.
- Attend meetings and prepare finalized minutes as needed.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
