Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to join our team. As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Your main responsibilities will include managing the director’s schedule, organizing meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling various correspondence.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You must also have a proactive attitude, be discreet in handling confidential information, and demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
