- Provide proactive admin and personal support to executives
- Manage travel, schedules, correspondence, reports
- Handle confidential information; serve as key point of contact
- Organize efficient filing systems and prepare for meetings
- Plan and execute company events; flexible for occasions
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years as a high-performing Personal/Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
