Job Description
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Personal Assistant / Admin: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Damansara Utama (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Damansara Utama: Relocate before starting work (Required)
