Job Description

INDEPENDENT GUARDING SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will manage executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, acting as a liaison for internal and external inquiries.

Your responsibilities will include handling confidential matters, organizing meetings and events, assisting with corporate projects, and participating in highly confidential meetings. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment are essential.

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of RM2,800.00 – RM3,00.00, and includes benefits such as maternity leave and a yearly bonus.
