Job Description

• Manage all personal secretarial duties, administrative tasks, and confidential affairs of the Managing Director.
• Handle meeting arrangements, correspondence, reports, phone screening, travel arrangements, and personal matters.
• Ability to efficiently multitask and maintain control.
• Track urgent matters from meetings and report to the supervisor.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional interaction with all levels of staff.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks, project work, and duties as needed.
• Conduct project management, communicate within teams, organize information, meetings, and create presentations.
• Utilize CAD programs for creating sketches and plans.
• Analyze environmental reports, contribute to design/planning, and provide advice on sustainability.
• Draft reports, contracts, proposals, and interact with architects, engineers, and surveyors.
• Engage with locals and community members for insights.
