Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate CIDB registrations, ensuring compliance with regulations and staying informed about CIDB procedures.
- Show a profound understanding of small and medium-sized companies, offering insights to improve the efficiency of SME processes within the organization.
- Efficiently handle the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel plans, and ensure optimal time management, including coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, managing logistics, and drafting/editing documents with precision and professionalism.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, professionally representing the executive, and serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries and information dissemination.
- Organize confidential records, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information, and assist in preparing required reports, presentations, and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CIDB registration processes and SME operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
