Job Description

Ascend Secretarial Advisory Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our Company Director. The ideal candidate will manage all secretarial duties of the CEO, assist in administrative tasks, and coordinate meetings effectively.

Responsibilities include providing secretarial support, attending to clients, managing memorandums from the CEO, and performing various administrative duties such as filing, typing, and documenting meeting minutes.

This position is full-time or internship with a contract length of 3 – 6 months, offering a monthly salary of RM1,200. Benefits include opportunities for promotion and professional development.
