Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all activities and schedules for director’s appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation slides, and record meeting minutes, and assist in organizing and executing meetings.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing documents, investments, emails, and draft replies for director’s approval.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate meetings, follow up on strategic activities, and communicate with management team and staff. Prepare updates and reports for the director regarding these activities.
- Conduct research, gather information, and provide summaries and reports to the director.
- Plan travels, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Manage international business partnerships and major travel itineraries and hotel bookings.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or relevant management courses.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail, with good analytical skills, integrity, and a high level of commitment.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
