Job Description

Doing secretarial and administrative tasks while reporting to higher management.

• Editing, formatting, and typing presentations, documents, and reports.
• Maintaining databases, entering data, and keeping records.
• Coordinating with internal divisions, taking calls, and organizing trips.
• Taking care of top management’s correspondence both internally and externally.
• Setting up appointments, keeping track of events, and reminding people.
• Taking notes, copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
• Preparing venues for scheduled activities and, if necessary, setting up refreshments.
• Coordinating mail and courier services, as well as ordering new and replacement office supplies.
