Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join Delux Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining administrative procedures.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support management.
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: RM3,00.00 to RM4,500.00 (monthly)
