Job Description
Principle Accountabilities:
- To manage, coordinate and facilitate permit approval for digital infrastructure with all relevant Authorities, OSA and landowner.
- To manage, coordinate and facilitate the compilation of all approval documentations from the Local Authorities.
- To recommend and advise Digital infrastructure work in accordance with the Local Authorities and Landowners requirement and specification.
- To manage and regularly update project performance progress for management reporting.
- To identify and resolve potential critical issues and escalate as necessary.
- To manage the issuance and retrieval of any Performance Guarantee / Bond issued to Local Authorities in form of Bank Guarantee or Bank Draft.
- To assist Implementation team on compliance requirement by Local Authorities.
- Ensuring vendors / contractor full compliance on Term & Conditions issued by Local Authorities and Landowner.
- To support and assist SAQ and Project Implementation on execution of the project.
Recommended Set of Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination.
- Working knowledge of telecommunication industry standards, practices, and regulations.
- Familiar with general permitting requirements for each region.
- Experienced in negotiations with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability and confidence to work and communicate with municipal stakeholders and councils.

RM2,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
