Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Centre Executive. As a People Centre Executive, you will be responsible for various HR functions and providing exceptional support to employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job offers
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training activities
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
