Job Description

As a People Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources activities within our organization. Your primary role will involve assisting the HR Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and managing our employees.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent. You will be involved in developing and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, and handling performance management processes.

In addition, you will support the HR Manager in handling employee relations, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

We are seeking an individual with strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of HR practices. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing people and be familiar with HR software and tools.
