- Ensuring food quality and food & beverage preparation
- Ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant
- Organizing and reviewing employee shift schedules
- Monitoring and controlling operational costs
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
- Training new employees
- Following instructions from superiors
