Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for ensuring smooth supervision, motivating employees, and leading all production operator teams in achieving daily targets.
2. Collaborate closely with the Production Executive and Production Manager to ensure process improvements.
3. Coordinate with other departments involved to ensure production planning meets expected targets.
4. Ensure production processes comply with HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and adhere to safety and occupational health procedures.
5. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
6. Provide training to new employees on SOP, HACCP, and GMP.
7. Report to the Department Head on any irregularities, production downtime due to machine breakdown/lack of manpower, and maintenance activities conducted.
8. Assist in controlling raw material production and managing excess materials categorized as waste for recycling purposes.
9. Ensure the production area is safe, clean, and all processing equipment, including machines, are ready for operations.
