Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Catering Operations Coordinator to manage scheduling, inventory, and event coordination at NC Caterer & Canopy. Responsibilities include managing daily and weekly staff schedules, organizing work shifts for events, overseeing inventory checks for catering supplies, and ensuring equipment readiness.
The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between the kitchen, logistics, and service teams, ensuring smooth event operations while resolving any onsite issues. Compliance with company SOPs and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards are crucial.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 06/01/2025
