Job Description
Managing campaigns/information related to umrah on social media platforms (Website/ Instagram/ Facebook/ Tiktok/ Twitter, etc.).
Keeping up-to-date with the latest information about umrah packages on Cakna Travel’s social media.
Conducting umrah marketing activities online and offline.
Performing additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Calculating costs for umrah packages.
Preparing project papers for umrah projects.
Making flight reservations with designated airlines based on packages.
Dealing with potential umrah project prospects or collaboration with sales agents.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing department to improve work quality and sales in the company.
Discussing and presenting umrah management plans to all departments in the company for better work efficiency.
Monitoring all team members throughout the process, before, during, and after umrah trips.
Assisting customers in selecting and registering for umrah packages.
Inputting data and filing customer details.
Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
Making hotel reservations with designated hotels based on packages.
Responsible for applying visas for customers.
Being a Tour Leader for Umrah.
Checking-in at hotels and room allocation for customers during the journey.
Assisting in planning the itinerary by suggesting local attractions and places of interest.
Upselling by informing customers about additional services or special packages, such as flight tickets or accommodation upgrades.
Providing assistance to customers who may need to modify or cancel reservations.
Performing additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.
