Job Description
Company: Farmasi Al Fatih
Working hours: Full Time: 45 hrs/week (5 days working hour, 2 day off)
Qualification:
- 1) Diploma/degree in pharmacy
- 2) Minimum 6-month experience in related field
- 3) Individual who are willing to learn new things
Tasks:
- Provide good customer service and professional advice to customers
- To provide excellent customer service to the clients
- Assist pharmacist in daily operational tasks
- Assist the pharmacist in preparing, dispensing, and medication counselling to ensure safe and effective dispensing.
- Referring inquiries about prescriptions, health issues, or drugs to the pharmacist
- Managing inventory
- Involve in store cleanliness, stock, and inventory management.
- Actively involve in outlet sales, promotion, public relation activity
- Responsible for the fulfillment of all operational support requests from retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient running of outlets daily operation.
- To provide excellent customer service to the clients
- Involve in sales and marketing activities (online and offline)
