Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Assist the team in converting P&O strategic objectives into operational goals.
- Assist with the implementation of procedures and guidelines for all facets of P&O services and offer guidance to users.
- Manage routine service requests, user administration duties, and monitor service resolutions.
- Encourage cost evaluations and efficiency improvements for productivity targets.
- Contribute to national or business unit-level P&O Services projects.
Key performance indicators:
- P&O Services delivered on time with the right level of quality.
Minimum Requirements:
- Higher education in finance or business administration.
- English language proficiency, 3 years of payroll data management experience.
- Skills in Operations Management, Malaysia statutory submissions.
Work Experience:
- Operations Management and Execution.
- Handling and supporting Malaysia statutory submission.
Skills:
- Curiosity, Data Privacy, HR Operations, Payroll, and more.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
