Job Description
- Involved in company’s payroll process every pay period
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
- Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
- Honors confidentiality of employees’ pay records
- Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
- Employment contract filing
- Maintaining Leave Data
- Monitoring Workforce Attendance and Man hours
- EPF/SOCSO/PCB related activities
- General Office Duties Support as and when it may arise
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
