Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Assistant. This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.

As a Payroll Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and reviewing employee timesheets and attendance records.
  • Calculating wages, overtime, deductions, and withholdings.
  • Preparing and distributing payroll checks or direct deposits.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintaining and updating payroll records and employee information.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in using payroll software and knowledge of labor laws and regulations are also desired.
