Job Description
As a Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll operations within our organization. You will ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries, taxes, and benefits. Additionally, you will handle any payroll-related inquiries from employees and work closely with the HR department to maintain employee records.
Key responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time, in compliance with legal and company regulations.
- Calculate and deduct taxes, social contributions, and other withholdings.
- Prepare and distribute pay slips and maintain payroll records.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve discrepancies.
