Job Description

Zafaran International College is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef Instructor (SKM Pegawai Penilai) in the field of Pembuatan Pastri (HT-014-2:2011 & HT-014-3:2011).

Requirement:

• MUST Possess Sijil SKM 2 & 3 in the related field.
• MUST Possess Sijil VTO / Diploma TVET-i.
• MUST Possess Sijil Induksi PP-PPD-PPB.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Prior working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Seri Kembangan.

Job description:

• Provide theory lectures and conduct hands-on training for students attending the course.
• Provide interesting and relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes in a real-life setting.
• Suitably challenge, engage, serve, and communicate with students to encourage their participation and learning progress.
• Complete grade books, final grade sheets, learning assessments, and final exam assessments on a timely basis.
• Ensure course and program learning outcomes are achieved as defined by the syllabus.
• Where applicable, ensure the safety and sanitation of all labs, kitchens, equipment, supplies, and students.
• Assist and give advice to students in their studies whenever necessary.
• Develop, review, and update all lesson plans, WIM, and schedule in compliance with the syllabus set by JPK from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
