Job Description
– Responsible for inventory control and storage activities, including planning service parts orders, conducting stock takes, investigating discrepancies, and preparing reports.
– Oversee receiving and storage operations.
– Ensure the integrity of stock inventory.
– Process daily parts orders.
– Handle documentation and filing system.
– Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping of parts storage.
– Regularly update Service Advisor upon parts arrival.
Requirements:
- A minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in handling automotive parts and being a Parts Controller.
- Good command of written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- IT literate and proficient in business and office applications.
- Able to maintain integrity when handling stock inventory.
- Great leadership skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
