Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Partner Success Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving their success, and ensuring their satisfaction.
As the Partner Success Lead, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of partners and serving as their primary point of contact
- Understanding partners’ goals and objectives and strategizing ways to help them achieve success
- Providing guidance and support to partners in utilizing our products or services
- Resolving any issues or concerns that partners may have in a timely manner
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to partners
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation and onboarding of partners
- Monitoring and analyzing partner performance metrics and providing regular reports to management
