Job Description

• Managing filing systems, including scanning, photocopying, and proper document organization.
• Entering and updating data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are kept up to date.
• Handling incoming phone calls and relaying messages promptly.
• Responding to basic enquiries from staff, students, and visitors.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and memoranda.
• Providing support for office events such as meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
• Offering general administrative support to team members as needed.
• Carrying out routine office-related errands when required.

Job Types: Permanent, Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
