Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Monitor the social media channels (WhatsApp, Facebook etc.)
- Content creation for products’/brands’ social media accounts
- Copywriting for products’/brands’ banners, advertisements and other social media materials
- Keep up to date with any social media trends
- Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
- Assist with social media performance reports
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote product/brand-focused messages
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for improvement
- Manage clients’ requests and queries for social media accounts such as WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.
- Ensure clients’ requirements and expectations are achieved on time
- Understand clients’ requirements and prepare briefs for the creative and technical department
- Constantly communicate with internal creative and development team to ensure projects run smoothly
- Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the social media channels
- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Able to work long hours to answer customer requests
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
