Job Description
RoboThink is a STEM edu-tainment company specializing in robotics and coding programs for students aged between 5 to 15 years. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and friendly person to join our team for growth.
The person must be able to work on weekends (preferably both Saturdays & Sundays).
A brief job description of the role:
- Interact with customers in person, on the phone, and online to attend to their inquiries and requests.
- Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain and improve customer experiences.
- Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, as well as inform customers about new services.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Learning Centre in Bandar Utama.
- Support instructors with administrative matters.
We will provide relevant training and on-the-job training.
Ability to speak English is a must. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: RM120.00 – RM150.00 per day
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
