Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for packing, WIP, and stamping activities
- Monitor leader, online QC, and operator according to SOP
- Provide competency training for subordinates
- Plan materials control, ensure FIFO, and drive process improvements
- Problem-solving and documentation management
- Liaise with production QA and store for quality and shipping
- Control discipline, headcount, and support company objectives
Qualifications and Experience:
- SPM or equivalent with experience in Manufacturing, packing, or process
Other Personal Capabilities:
- Work independently and lead subordinates
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literate (MS Office, Excel & Power Point)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,700.00 – RM2,400.00 per month
