Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Outlet Supervisor to join our team at ZUS Coffee. The successful candidate will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and health standards of the outlet while managing stocks and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, and liaising with the outlet manager. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the F&B field, hold at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate, and communicate well in English and Malay.
This full-time position offers a salary of RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month on a rotational shift schedule.
