Your Responsibilities Include:
- Leading your team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient outlet operations.
- Maintaining high stock and quality control standards.
- Training and developing team members.
Requirements:
- 2 years supervising experience in F&B or retail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for customer service and ice cream.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends.
Salary: RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month.
