Job Description
Prestasi Pintar Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a passionate and responsible Store Supervisor for our Setia City Mall outlet. Join us to gain knowledge of Japanese products, service, and management skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales and operations, including customer service and staff training.
- Handle daily store activities and maintain accurate reports.
- Meet sales and profit targets as per company guidelines.
- Implement merchandising and display designs.
- Motivate and train store teams.
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
- Languages: Malay, English, or Chinese
- Education: SPM/STPM and above
- Full-time position with a salary of RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month.
