Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced individuals for the positions of Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team.
As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and adhering to company policies and guidelines. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously are essential.
As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing the overall operation of the outlet. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements for both positions:
- Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry
