Job Description
Requirements
- Malaysian Citizen and above 18 years old
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Shift, weekend, & Public Holiday flexibility
- Minimum 2 years experience in F&B operations
- Effective communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Locations: Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam
- Knowledge in P&L and Schedule
- Strong leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing outlet operations to HQ standards
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage crew and riders efficiently
- Handle cash and credit transactions per company policy
- Conduct inventory stock checks
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
