Job Description

Ensuring the smooth and successful operations of the assigned branch. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch’s performance, fostering a positive working environment, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and achieve financial targets, including sales goals, profit margins, and cost control measures.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every customer.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, increasing brand visibility and attracting customers.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of food and service, adhering to Vanilla Crepe’s standards.
  • Proactively identify and address operational challenges, finding effective and timely solutions.
